Greg Kerlin began his real estate career with Merrill Lynch Realty in 1985 in thier Connecticut Corporate Headquarters.

He served in a number of financial & administrative positions at the local and regional level including regional Controller and Director of Administration.

Upon Merrill Lynch's sale to the Prudential Real Estate Affiliates in 1990 Greg became the CFO of Prudential Long Island Realty.

Greg joined Prudential Manor Homes in 1995 and has served as our Controller since that time. In his position he is responsible for all financial and administrative functions within the Blake Realty Family of Companies. Greg also heads up the companies new business development initiatives, which presently include land development and new home construction projects.

Greg lives with his wife Kate and old English sheepdog, Bentley, in Saratoga County.
